At Cornerstone Financial Planning, I provide my Clients with a clear blueprint for achieving financial independence by combining comprehensive financial planning with a personalized real estate investment strategy and coaching so they can confidently achieve their dreams.

I’m proud to offer flat-fee services as a fee-only fiduciary. I don’t sell products or receive commissions.

And as an independent financial planning firm, you can rest assured that I’m solely compensated by YOU for providing YOU with the most value.

My fees are based on my service and value.

For most mid-career Clients aiming for financial independence through real estate, the total annual fee is around $6,000.

Financial Planning

Financial planning for the Financial Independence, Retire Early (FIRE) community focuses on aggressive savings and investment strategies to achieve early retirement, emphasizing values-based spending, and tax-efficiency to help you quickly build wealth and replace living expenses without traditional employment. The goal is to intentionally create a life well-lived while making an impact in the world around you.

Real Estate Planning & Coaching

(Optional add-on) Real estate planning & coaching for aspiring and experienced real estate investors wanting the confidence that comes from aligning your real estate strategy and investments with your financial plan. It involves developing a personalized real estate investment strategy, market research, financial assessment, and coaching clients through the complexities of real estate investment to achieve long-term success and portfolio growth.
